By accessing or using LikeShift (likeshift.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of LikeShift, including users with free and paid accounts.
LikeShift is a web application that connects to your YouTube account (read-only) to import and organize your liked videos. We provide tools to categorize, search, and create learning courses from your saved content.
LikeShift uses the YouTube Data API v3 under Google's terms of service. We request read-only OAuth access to your liked videos. We do not post, modify, or delete any YouTube content on your behalf. Your Google credentials are never stored on our servers.
You must create an account using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. LikeShift reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Pro plan is billed monthly or as a one-time Lifetime payment via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. The Lifetime plan is available for a limited period and grants permanent access to Pro features as they exist at time of purchase. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
LikeShift and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LikeShift and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. YouTube video content remains the property of its respective creators and is subject to YouTube's terms.
LikeShift is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
